RIGHTS AND USAGE
I am allowed to post the commissioned work on my profile.
I do not allow anyone to claim, edit or trace my works, even if comissioned. I own the rights to my artwork.
Personal use of commissioned art (such as icons, wallpaper, banner) is for the client only.
Personal use for general fanart (such as icons and banner) is allowed as long as it is with full credit to any of my social media.
You are not allowed to sell or mint my artwork as an NFT.
You are not allowed to use my artwork in AI generated art, including but not limited to referencing.
You are not allowed to resell my artwork.
PAYMENT & PROCESS
I have the right to refuse a commission I am uncomfortable with.
I allow payment through GCash, PayPal and Ko-fi.
You will be given until 3 revisions for the sketch phase, I will not revise when lineart is started.
I need a reference if it is an original character. I need a general description for the pose, and it will be appreciated if there is an example.
50% of payment will be after sketch confirmation, and 50% after finalization. The finalized art's HQ file will be given after full payment through Drive.
The first 50% payment shall be due after the sketch's confirmation, I will continue the commission after payment. If the sketch is not paid, the commission will not be continued.
The full processing of art may depend on my schedule, but is within a week to 6 months depending on complexity.
COMMERCIALIZATION
Payments will be doubled.
Commercial usage will be an additional 70%.
